AirAsia Cabin Crew Interview Experience
1. Height & weight check I had my first AA interview on 15 October 2016 at AirAsia red house Tanggerang, Indonesia. I arrived at 8.30 (interview started at 7.30, so please come early) & there was long line of people waiting, queue number is already almost 400. I waited until 10 and got weight & height check, I was 165cm & 61kg. Candidates pass through brought upstairs to the ballroom to watch AirAsia videos, QA session, talents show (if you can perform, they will give you point plus which benefit you at next stage), while waiting for next stage. 2. Introduction / interview user There was 2 interviewer, a lady & man, I was asked to introduce myself, why I wanna be a cabin crew & why I choose to work for AirAsia, all in English. After several questions, the lady check my hand skin. Then we were ask to wait outside. Waiting for minutes & a coordinator come out with the paper result.
